RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all original parts and accessories, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the correct return address and return instructions by email. Please do not send any items back before receiving return authorization from us. Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned where permitted by applicable law, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and certain personal care or hygiene products where the seal has been broken after delivery.

We also cannot accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Please contact us if you have questions about whether a specific item is eligible for return.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under Dutch or European Union law.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If your order is delivered to a consumer within the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at info@nordexabv.nl within the applicable 14-day period.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, we will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and return address.

The item should be returned in a condition that allows us to assess its nature, characteristics, and functioning. You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Any statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal under applicable Dutch and EU consumer law continue to apply.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the item.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us before returning it so that we can provide the appropriate instructions.

REFUNDS

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Where the statutory EU right of withdrawal applies, refunds will be handled within the time limits required by applicable law. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, where permitted by law.
